*Mondays: Courts unavailable 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for washing.
- Reservations are required to use pickleball court.
- Either singles or doubles play is permitted. Round robin play that exceeds the 4 patrons listed on the reservation is not permitted.
- Resident guests may use courts if accompanied by Cascade Village resident.
- Children under 18 are not allowed on courts.

- Court reservations for residents can be made up to 7 days in advance.
- Time slots can be reserved for a minimum of 60 minutes and maximum of 120 minutes.

Cascade Village will offer two pickleball courts for residents to enjoy. Courts will be available only during the Spring, Summer and Fall months, or weather permitting.

Pickleball Rules of Play:

- Serves are made underhand, with a paddle below the waistline and no bounce.
- Balls are served diagonally, to the opponent’s service court, alternating from the right to the left.
- Serves must be done underhand with the paddle below waistline and no bounce.
- The serve must clear 7 feet and the serving side will continue to serve until there is a fault.
- Points are scored by the side that serves.
- Volleying the ball is allowed after the first 2 bounces (one from each team) and done only behind the non-volley line.
- The first team to reach 11 points wins that game, winning by 2 or more points per game.
