Cascade Village Manufactured Home Community, also known as Cascade Village, is a premier luxury retirement community designed specifically for residents aged 55 and over. Originally established in 1978 as a mobile home park called “Ranch Village” while the land was still part of Deschutes County, this community has undergone significant development and transformation through the years.
With various owners and several name changes, Cascade Village has continually evolved, receiving numerous county approvals that have facilitated its growth. In 1999, the property was annexed into the City of Bend, further enhancing its appeal as a desirable place to reside.
As of 2019, Cascade Village had 120 lots, and excitingly, plans are underway to add another 58 lots. This expansion will allow Cascade Village to nearly double its original capacity, growing from 89 lots to a total of 178 lots and continuing its legacy as a welcoming and thriving community for retirees.
The community clubhouse, fitness center and pool, and other amenities are offered for use to all residents of Cascade Village, subject to applicable rules and regulations. Owners of a Cascade Village manufactured home do not have any ownership interest in the community clubhouse, fitness center and pool. Resident use of the community clubhouse, fitness center and pool, and other amenities is at the discretion of Cascade Village. Rules and regulations are subject to change.
