STREETLIGHT ENHANCEMENTS
We presently have a plan to enhance the streetlights in the community. When we have some firm timelines, we will provide additional communications.
POOL SHOWERS HOT WATER
Our pool showers presently do not have hot water. Plumbing company is scheduled for the afternoon of August 19th to repair and restore hot water to the showers.
WEEDING
Bend Landscaping crew will at Cascade Village starting from August 12th to complete the weeding project.
POOL REOPENED
As of August 14th, the pool has been re-opened with a new heater that was installed.
POND FOUNTAIN
We are working with SunWest Builders to repair the pond fountain and completion date is estimated to be by August 29th, 2025. We will provide further updates as we receive them.
IRRIGATION MAINLINE PROJECT
The final mainline connection repair has been completed.
